Περιγραφή της οργάνωσης

YOUTH ALMA Association is an NGO, founded in 2015, whose mission is to promote active citizenship among youngsters, especially from rural areas by creating opportunities that facilitate their personal and professional development.
We started our journey by implementing local initiatives as an informal group and being partners in Youth in Action and afterwards in ERASMUS+ projects. Some of our activities were:
fundraising campaigns for rural children,
promoting European values by using non formal methods (Forum Theatre, Living Library, Photovoice, Flashmob) in high schools and placement centers from Iasi.

Starting with 2017 we implemented and we partners in Erasmus+ projects on subjects, such us:
Nondiscrimination;
Non violent communication methods;
Volunteering and volunteers management;
Non formal methods: Forum Theatre, Improvisation Theatre, Living Library;
Art crafts;
European citizenship;
Coaching and mentorship.

We collaborate with local NGO`s, 2 Universities and social placement centers and we organize training courses for volunteers and youth workers in different fields, such as: non discrimination, communication skills, fundraising, leadership, project management, non-formal methods and we were involved in several fundraising campaigns for local projects. The beneficiaries of our projects are disadvantaged children and youngsters, volunteers, youth workers and other local NGOs that are also at the beginning.

We also have educational activities in local high schools, activities that aim to diminish discrimination among youth and also educational programs to highlight their potential and we offer professional orientation.

Η οργάνωση αυτή επιθυμεί να συνεργαστεί με εθελοντές που δυσκολεύονται λόγω της κατάστασής τους να συμμετέχουν σε δραστηριότητες, από τις ακόλουθες κατηγορίες και για διάφορα είδη έργων:
