Our organisation: "Offene Jugend- und Kulturarbeit Bregenz" / open youth and culture work Bregenz provides a professional field of applied youth work and is indispensable for local youth policy in our region. Our work functions as a mouthpiece for the needs of young people and a place of socialization for young people. That is why we create social and cultural spaces in which young people can develop their identity, personality and relationships.

The association “Open Youth and Cultural Work Bregenz” (OJKA Bregenz) organizes and operates demand-oriented youth work in the entire social landscape of ​​Bregenz. The offers are aimed at all young people between the ages of eleven and 25, regardless of gender, gender, social class, ideology, religious affiliation, nationality, language or state of health! The participation of the young people forms the basis for all offers, so that the self-created free spaces become places of self-awareness and self-efficacy. The participants have the opportunity to get involved as part of our stationary and mobile presence services, as well as in our projects that are developed and carried out participatively with our clients, as well as to work in our cultural sector (from folklore and diversity parties to towards the punk concert).

Anyone interested can participate regardless of gender, gender, social class, ideology, religious affiliation, nationality, language or state of health! We are barrier-free in access as well as in mind and heart.
