Opis organizacji

“Watch Beyond” is European Youth Organization which is located in Bulgaria but working with partners - NGO’s from all over the EU. Our organization is formed and structured from partners with experience in the field of intercultural cooperation. We created it in order to give the opportunity to youth for non-formal education, to allow them to exchange ideas, creativity, experience, cultures and understandings.

Our aim is to create a community which will be united by nature by many different aspects in life but which will be leaded by the same goal- personal and professional development. We have our own structure of work in a way to focus the attention of the young people on exploring new and innovative ideas, to learn them new things and to teach them how only by being active they can achieve them. We are partners with a lot of European countries which makes the exchange of people, experience, languages, nationalities and partnerships themselves a lot bigger and more perspective.

We believe that collecting people from such a different backgrounds can only help them explore what sits behind the “screens” of their countries and how many differences and similarities they all have in common. Used in a correct way in the process of non-formal education this can be a great experience of exchanging international understandings and it can personally help everyone to create an upgraded or a new version of the surrounding society. It brings a lot of motivation not only for future communication with the others but for future cooperation in a way of education, work, partnership in different fields etc.

We support people with fewer opportunities (financial, geographical, social disadvantages) and we believe that “Erasmus+” is a life-changer for a lot of them and the brightest inspiration which is only the beginning of their future achievements. Bulgaria is the last member of EU and it is not as much involved in youth initiatives as the other EU countries, that's why we would like to change that and to include the country as much as possible from our side in order to make people explore more and be more active. In our region around Plovdiv, mainly in the suburbs and the little cities around - there is a problem with the unemployment and less opportunities for young people without experience. It is one of the reasons why we want to give these people a "stage" for showing their ideas and creative minds and give them exactly the experience which they need.
