Popcorn Club Aruba is a dynamic and community-driven organization that started in 1989. Our organization fosters youth engagement, cultural enrichment, and personal development through various artistic expressions, primarily focusing on dance, acting, and educational initiatives.
Popcorn Club, dedicated to personal and community development, conducts various workshops and events annually. Future ESC volunteers will actively organize, gain valuable experience and cultural insights, and strengthen their capacities.
Two examples of our Major Activities are:
Activity 1: Leadership through Personal Development Programs
The club organizes workshops on self-awareness, social etiquette, motivation, teamwork, and more, fostering personal growth and effective communication.
Activity 2: Dream, Dare, Do.
This program empowers youth through collaborative learning, a unique initiative encouraging shared authority. Participants in the "Dream, Dare, Do" initiative learn leadership, communication skills, and group dynamics. Volunteers gain mentoring and leadership capabilities while inspiring positive change. For those involved in the "Dream, Dare, Do" initiative, volunteers will experience shared authority collaborations, fostering a culture of mutual learning. They will acquire group dynamics and shared leadership skills, empowering them to become catalysts for positive change.
