İnci Vakfı has been on the field more than 35 years in İzmir, Turkey as an Educational Foundation. It is founded by Inci Family. Today it still carries the values of trust, respect, harmony, colorful, excitement, love, courage and experience it projects coming from the family's origins. The reason to existance of foundation is "to live in a word for everyone excited from own dreams". Under this reason current programs of the foundation can be segmented under 3 parts: Education, Grants and Networking. Target groups of these programs can vary according to years but in general it can be summarized between 6-25 years of youth. Also as an indirect target group, foundation can work with parents and caregivers for specific purposes. Under Education programs, there are Children Orchestra, Mobile Libraries, Parents' Training Workshops, Apprenticeship Training Center for CNC Machines, Coding Workshops for High School Student and Personal Training Programs for University Students can be listed as sub-projects. Under Grants Programs, financial and educational support programs for university students, financial support for schools can be listed. For networking programs, we can list European Solidarity Corps, Volunteer Management, partnerships with other local and international NGO’s, partnerships in projects with public institutions (e.g. Ministry of Education, Ministry of Culture and Tourism) and local governments (e.g. municipalities). In all those sub projects yearly and monthly training programs continue and approximately more than 900 children and their families are circulated in that organization for a better future, for better dreams and better future.
All of our work as a foundation is one of the sustainable development goals.
It contributes to 4 Gender Equality, 5 Quality Education, 8 Decent Work and Economic Growth, and 10 Reducing Inequalities.
Objectives;
• To support children and young people in equal access to education
• To increase the participation of children and young people in social life
• Promoting a culture of solidarity among young people and children
• To mobilize young people through Erasmus Programs

We carry out our activities locally within the Aegean region. In addition to this, we care about the mobility of our young people, and we are working to mobilize them with studies such as European Union programs, Erasmus and European solidarity programs. We believe in the importance and necessity of cooperating with children and volunteers in the European Union countries, cultural cohesion and working for common goals towards sustainable development goals.
