NGO PUBLIC ORGANIZATION «ASTERICS».
The main purpose of the Organization is to protect the legitimate rights and liberties, to satisfy the social, economic, social, cultural, environmental and other interests of children and adults. Particularly the ones in need of medical assistance, after medical rehabilitation, comprehensive support of recreation, eco-tourism, and ethnic settlements.
For legal accomplishment of the purpose and statutory activities, the Organization shall: promote the development and strengthening the relations with similar public organizations in other regions of Ukraine, as well as with similar international organizations.
The Organization activity is of a public nature, which does interact with public authorities, close contact with other public organizations, movements, foundations or individuals.
The Origination scope of activities shall include:
• promoting participation in international youth and children programs and projects;
• promoting the protection and restoration of cultural and historical heritage;
• support of scientific and technical research programs;
• promotion of new technologies;
• promotion of environmental protection programs, green tourism;
• assisting in the establishment and functioning of ethnic tourism settlements;
• assisting in resting children in children's camps;
• promotion of children and youth clubs;
• providing a variety of assistance to children other than medical;
• promotion of psychological, medical and social assistance and organizing after-treatment rehabilitation for persons in need, namely, children and involuntary displaced persons.
For legal accomplishment of the purpose and statutory activities, the Organization shall:
• cooperate with medical institutions to provide full and timely medical care to persons in need;
• cooperate with rehabilitation centers and sanatoriums to ensure rehabilitation of children after treatment;
• organize medical consultations for children in need;
• organize events for comprehensive social and cultural development;
• promote the development and strengthening of relations with similar public organizations in other regions of Ukraine, as well as with similar international organizations;
• cooperate with enterprises, institutions and organizations of different ownership forms for joint activities;
• cooperate with domestic and foreign organizations, institutions and other organizations whose statutory goals do not conflict with the purpose of the Organization;
• organize leisure of its members;
• conduct thematic events, trainings and workshops within the scope of the Organization's activities;
• support ecotourism programs;
THE MAIN PRINCIPLES OF THE ORGANIZATION ACTIVITY
The activities of the Organization are based on the following principles:
• voluntariness;
• self-government;
• free choice of business area;
• legal equality;
• lack of property interest of its members;
• transparency, openness and publicity.
