Beschreibung der Einrichtung

Present throughout the national territory since 1982, the 450 Local Missions exercise a local public service mission with an essential objective: to support young people aged 16 to 25 in their path of access to autonomy and to employment.
Thus, each year, more than one million young people are supported by the national network of Local Missions. The local Missions implement global support which makes it possible to deal with all the levers that promote the socio-professional integration of young people: employment, training, guidance, citizenship, mobility, housing, health, access to rights, to culture and at leisure. Because they know their territory, the needs of businesses and the expectations and skills of the young people they meet, the Local Missions offer adequate solutions.
The team of the Local Network for Employment of the country of Lorient welcomes and informs all audiences on the themes of professional guidance or development, training and access to employment, on all of its reception points in the Lorient region (see website).
Young people aged 16 to 25, whatever their level of education and their needs, benefit from support by a counselor and individualized responses to define their professional objective and the stages of its achievement, to establish their project. training and complete it, in order to access and stay in employment.
Every year, more than 3,700 young people of all school levels (without a Bac + 5 qualification) are in contact with the Local Mission and two out of three young people find employment, work-study contracts or training during the year.

With around fifteen years of experience in working with local businesses, in particular through its “sponsorship” coaching activity, the Local Mission Networks for Employment continues its efforts to innovate and adapt in order to '' improve the employment and access to autonomy of young people. Whether it is preparation workshops for job interviews, knowledge of professional sectors or personalized support, many managers, managers or HR managers have chosen to work alongside us to help young people succeed. their working integration.
