Περιγραφή της οργάνωσης

The Center Social Rural de Lucé is an association created in 1975 and whose goal is to "promote, create, manage all activities and services of a health, social, cultural, educational, family nature in favor of children, adolescents, adults, people elderly and families in general. Located in Sarthe, 30 kilometers from the city of Le Mans, the Center Social Rural de Lucé is a recognized association of general interest, approved by Youth Education Popular. The Social Center team is made up of 24 permanent employees, 20 temporary workers (17.76 full-time equivalents in 2021) and 40 volunteers.

Administrative approvals:
- approved “social center” by CAF Sarthe since 1985;
- recognized as being of general interest by the Sarthe General Tax Department on 22 November 2007;
- approved "Youth Education Popular" by the Departmental Directorate of Youth and Sports Sarthe on January 9, 2006.

As a local structure, the social center works with and for the inhabitants in order to find answers to many questions of daily life: childcare, educational leisure, family activities, fight against isolation, help to mobility, food aid.
