The Municipality of Lushnja aims to help the community and bring new ideas and opportunities for young people in the community so they can gain experience and make significant changes towards their improvement and development. Its mission is to serve the communities' highest interests and ensure their safety and social welfare. It also tries to ensure, social equality, equal rights, and environmental protection. Furthermore, we pay a lot of attention to youth, their interests, education, professional development, and any other aspect related to them. The target groups our Municipality is focused on are the youth, marginalized groups, individuals belonging to the Roma and Egyptian community, people with disabilities, people in need, etc.We would like to become part of ESC in order to increase our capacities and enable our youth to improve their skills in intercultural learning, volunteering, active citizenship, equality and other aspects involved in the ESC principles and values. We would also like to increase the number of activities of our youth and enable them diverse opportunities with regards to their needs and desires. ESC is going to enable us make our citizens have a closer "European" relationship and sense of European Identity. Our staff can also increase its capacities in project management, team work, intercultural learning, creativity, European Union and its values, etc.
