Περιγραφή της οργάνωσης

The CMWW (Center for Social Work and Welfare) foundation was created in 1997 from the merger between the Center for Social Work Brunssum Onderbanken and the Welzijnswerk Brunssum foundation. In addition to social work and (elderly) welfare work, all target groups in Brunssum and Onderbanken are also part of the CMWW, including children, youth, elderly and everything in between.

CMWW offers the citizens of Brunssum help through its social workers. These workers help everyone who has any questions or problems they might need some help with. Throughout this our focus lies on facilitating people in learning and growing to the point that they and their familiar network will be able to support themselves and each other.

CMWW also has a volunteer center. Through this center we sent people who'd like to do all kinds of volunteer work to the places looking for volunteers. All these volunteers get an appointment in which they get help figuring out what kind of volunteer work they want to do and which places will best fit them based on their wants, needs and interests.
