Our facility "SeniorenWohnen Kieferngarten" is part of a social service company for the support, care and nursing of senior citizens in Bavaria. As a non-profit limited company and part of the Red Cross movement. we represent the values of humanity, unity, impartiality, voluntariness, independence, neutrality and universality.
For the year 2023, we are pursuing the goal with our facility of being there for senior citizens and shaping their well-being with them - every day of their life should be worth living. We support, look after and care for seniors individually and competently according to their needs. We work according to the principles "around the clock" and "everything from a single source" to make life in old age more pleasant for residents and their families. We are an excellent service provider in the inpatient, outpatient and partially inpatient areas. What we do, we do with pleasure, and our residents feel that in their daily interactions. The community in the house is characterized by warmth and friendliness.
SeniorenWohnen Kieferngarten is located in the north of Munich-Freimann, in the immediate vicinity of the Allianz Arena. In the middle of a 30,000 square meter park with fountain and small animal enclosure are three high-rise buildings with apartments for assisted living and another building for care and administration. Up to 600 seniors can enjoy their retirement here with all-round care. The residential apartments are between 24 and 58 square meters and have a living room, a mini kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and a balcony. Each apartment has a cellar compartment.
A spacious concert and theater hall, a dining room with a café, a library and lounges, a common room, the house chapel and a gymnastics and “Snoezelen” room are part of the complex.
The exposed location of the house is pleasantly quiet and yet very easily accessible. You have direct access to the U6 underground station and several bus lines. You can reach the center of Munich or attractive shopping centers within a few minutes. You can safely do without a car.
Residents benefit from a varied entertainment program with alternatives for physical mobility, such as gymnastics, physiotherapy and dance. For mental agility there is a richly stocked library, memory training, creative handicrafts and much more. Participation in cultural events such as going to a concert or visiting an art gallery are very popular among residents. In a lively community, the quality of life in old age should be promoted in discussions, games and handicraft rounds, coffee gossip, walks together or chatting at the reception - this is what makes life in the Kieferngarten so attractive.
People from many nations work together openly and collegially in the SeniorenWohnen Kieferngarten. Contacts to intercultural networks, associations and clubs are made and maintained so that cultural diversity is also reflected in our coexistence. There are joint events, interesting lectures and physical meeting places to inspire employees and residents for cultural and religious peculiarities of other nationalities.
Every employee makes SeniorenWohnen München Kieferngarten a lovely place. Whether nursing staff, caretaker, cook or administrative staff - everyone does their best for the well-being of the residents. Our employees know that their work is valued and that spurs them on.
