Beschreibung der Einrichtung

Le Lycée Les Rimains is a relatively small high school (280 students) located in the heart of St-Malo in Brittany. The size of our school allows both real proximity and freedom of initiative, human relationships, versatility and autonomy : key dimensions when carrying out international projects. Our students follow programmes with science, engineering and/or IT major. Last September, we started to offer a new programme focused in applied arts and design. Opening up to the world is a key axis in the education we provide at Le lycée Les Rimains. International relationships allows to strengthen our students” language skills but also allows to educate caring citizens of the world. By this, we mean, at least in part, instill in our students the ability to more deeply understand and belong within the outside world, with a view to being able to reflect and question their own in the process. It represents assets for the future academic, professional and human and spiritual background of our students. In this prospect, we currently have two cultural and language exchange program with a high school in Raciborz (Poland) as part of a Erasmus + KA229 programme with NSCDS high school situated in Chicago (USA) We have also developed partnerships with International, European and local organizations. We work with Les Cégeps in Québec that offer pre university technical programs to our students once they graduate. We work with the European Youth Parliament.
