Περιγραφή της οργάνωσης

The NGO “Interaction” was registered in Chisinau in 2003 (in accordance with Moldovan law). Since that time, more than 20 years, the organisation “Interaction” has been operating at local, regional and national level, including in rural areas.

Overall mission of the NGO Interaction is consolidation of constructive forces of the society in terms of settling the problems of children, women, and family, as well as facilitating civic engagement in cultural development and community mobilisation on the base of intergenerational approach in different regions of the Republic of Moldova.

Interaction’s values: gender equality, intergenerational and human rights based approach; partnership, professionalism and responsibility; women driven organisation; the right to choice and volunteering.

NGO “Interaction” is fully responsible for the quality and effects of its services. The members and the leaders of the organisation try to stimulate, at all levels, the participation of all interested persons in the decision making processes.

The conception of continuous education and sharing of experience is actively implemented inside the organisation. The inner environment of the organisation equally facilitates and supports the personal and professional development of each participating member, as the latter is considered as an integral part of our corporate and overall development.
