The Association "Pomost" carries out tasks for youth, children, people with disabilities, and those at risk of social exclusion. Its activity has a nationwide scope, focused in the Lubuskie Voivodeship. Pomost cooperates with partners from Europe and Asia (Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Belarus, Ukraine, Germany, Romania, Sweden, France, Israel, Italy, Turkey, Cyprus).

Our mission is to work for people at risk of social exclusion, provide social and educational services, and support youth. Collaboration with NGOs, local authorities, and businesses is important. We feel called to work for the development of civic awareness and the development of the local community.

Our vision: We are in the position of a key and reliable social partner, possessing the competence to cooperate and support the development of the local community. We intend to carry out educational projects for youth and adults, including seniors, in cooperation with foreign partners.

We are aware of the importance of actions aimed at building a civil society and shaping pro-social attitudes. Therefore, the forms of action already mentioned for our beneficiaries, as well as for the development of local cooperation, include educational activities and the promotion of democratic values. We intend to continue and develop care for children under 3 years old and work with young parents (Baja Land Children's Club).

We recognize particular value in developing youth and adult volunteerism.
