Rietavas Laurynas Ivinskis Gymnasium with over 700 students, 70 teachers, supervisors and support professionals is a long gymnasium that connects all levels of education, providing opportunities to acquire primary, basic and secondary education and developing capabilities and abilities of each educational environment. Openness to change, exploration, innovation, the need for improvement and continuous learning is one of the most important values of the gymnasium community and a real prerequisite for being Erasmus Plus accredited school. The Gymnasium participates in eco-schools programme with a focus on environmental education and food sustainability, it is also an inclusive school for children with needs and disabilities.Rietavas Gymnasoium wants to spread a clear message about sustainability that is in the school culture, obvious in the curriculum as well as in management of the school.
