Our organization is a non-profit association that promotes volunteering programmes and provides support to vulnerable population. We celebrated our 10th anniversary of work in these fields in 2022. Therefore, we are requesting the “presente sello de calidad” to continue the work we have been doing with volunteering, both in terms of training and volunteer experiences.
Our main objectives are the following:
- Work towards fostering a culture of volunteering and enhancing volunteer training.
- Facilitate specific volunteering actions with migrant population and vulnerable individuals, as well as child protection and people with functional diversity.
- Promote exchanges that generate transformation and new bonds of solidarity among individuals and their communities.
- Conduct academic studies that demonstrate positive results of volunteering in society.
Our main activities focus on supporting migrants such as stateless individuals, refugees, or young people formerly under guardianship in their documentation process in Spain. We also promote volunteering to accompany refugee populations in Sahrawi Camps, especially focusing on childhood and the general population with functional diversity. Therefore, our target groups include, on the one hand, young volunteers to drive volunteering actions, and on the other hand, migrants from childhood to adulthood, including individuals with functional diversity.
