Our aim is to be the trusted quality care provider within our communities by supporting individuals and families to reach their full potential. Activities and target groups include:
• Addiction Treatment Centre – Bushypark: ‘Holistic therapy for alcohol, drugs and gambling addiction’. Clarecare’s Addiction Treatment Centre, Bushypark, provides a range of counselling-based services for people addicted to alcohol, drugs (illicit or prescribed) or gambling to people in Ireland and beyond.
• Family Support Services: Clarecare’s Family Support Service (CFSS) provides a broad range of supports for families throughout Co. Clare.
• Thrift Shops: Clarecare Thrift shops are a very important aspect of the service Clarecare provides. They not only provide people with new and lightly worn items at affordable prices, they also provide an income source for Clarecare, which is reinvested directly back into the delivery of services across the County Clare.
• Day Care Service: we operate 3 Day Care centres which provide activities and hot meals to over 290 older persons each week.
• Clarecare Homecare is embedded in the local community with over 300 home support staff delivering home support services to approximately 700 older persons on a daily basis.
• Social Work Service for Older Person is a dedicated free, community-based Social Work service for older people aged 65 years and over, living in County Clare.
