We are a humanitarian/development non-profit organisation, active in the field of migration since 2015, supporting refugees, asylum seekers, displaced persons and migrants. We work with affected populations, local communities, diverse stakeholders while mobilising volunteers and staff to address needs that exist and produce short-term alleviation and long-term development opportunities. As a volunteer-based organisation that has to-date deployed more than 8000 volunteers from more than 70 countries, our constant aim is to integrate civil society in our programmes, develop participants
capacities and understanding of the field, expose them responsibly to its challenges and opportunities while delivering quality services that produce tangible results. Working with relevant authorities, UNHCR, IOM, European Commission and partner NGOs, we ensure efficient and effective interventions inside and outside refugee camps. Through our programme approaches, we organise our interventions in four main categories: Community Empowerment & Mobilisation, Integration Support, Non-formal Education, and Humanitarian Aid. Activities commonly include safe-space building for vulnerable target populations, educational training, distributions of necessary items as well as employability and integration support. Building on the experiences and expertise the organisation has acquired, we incorporate relevant global discussions within our approaches ensuring that we reflect contemporary knowledge.
