The International Youth Quest Association was established as a continuation of the Social Life Support Youth Group.UGARD has become an association with the participation of young volunteers working in the civil field, with an addition of new volunteers from different cities, it started to carry out its activities under UGARD.
Considering that disadvantaged groups such as disabled, children, youth, refugees and elderly people should have equal rights like the rest of the society, UGARD conducts many rights-based studies in this field.

OUR STRATEGY:
By adopting a volunteer-based understanding, the strategy is to create a youth that can produce solutions by bringing up the inequality and discrimination problems faced by groups at risk such as women, children, refugees, elderly and disabled people in many areas of life, and conducts awareness studies in this field.

OUR PURPOSE:
To design appropriate processes for projects and studies with active and enthusiastic young people in the civil field to achieve their goals and make a sound.
• To adopt the equality of the risk groups in the society in the society
• Supporting youth initiatives in various fields
• To work against all kinds of discrimination by adopting a rights-based approach.
• Developing international youth collaborations, cooperating with foreign youth organizations
• To create public opinion by using communication channels
• Working for carrying out the relevant laws, contracts and international agreement in Turkey.
