Şule Yüksel Şenler Vakfı was founded in 2020, following the vision embraced by Şule Yüksel Şenler, a human rights and freedom defender, to keep her memory alive and be an inspiration to the young generations and all the segments of the society. ŞYŞV aims to stand against all forms of discrimination, consider human rights and dignity, and transfer these values to future generations. Within this scope, ŞYŞV organizes movie and documentary screenings, exhibitions, workshops, and conferences, especially for young people and all segments of society. It is intended to increase social sensitivity through scientific, cultural, and art activities, and open sessions for discussing critical issues.

The foundation aims to prepare the young generations and the less advantaged groups for a bright future in times of uncertainty that trigger social concerns. ŞYŞV organizes and operates pieces of training on new media literacy, Office, and software programs for individuals and communities to enable these individuals and communities to acquire the necessary equipment to keep up with an age surrounded by information and technology. In this respect, the volunteers we are hosting in the foundation are gathering information and experience about the functioning of civil society organizations. Accordingly, training on content creation and social media management are offered to the volunteers. Moreover, the volunteers are gathering the opportunity to create individual connections with NGO members.
