STOC is a dedicated non-governmental organization that focuses on providing voluntary language education in Dutch, English, and Turkish. Our primary aim is to enhance language proficiency and foster cultural integration for individuals within our community, particularly immigrants. Target groups include immigrants, local residents, students and youth, and general public.
The main goals include:

- to improve the language skills of our participants, enabling them to communicate effectively in Dutch, English, and Turkish
- to assist immigrants in navigating the Dutch educational system, helping them understand and access educational opportunities
- to promote cultural understanding and integration through various activities and programs

Main Activities:
1. Language Courses: We offer free language classes in Dutch, English, and Turkish to help individuals develop their linguistic abilities
2. Educational Support: We provide guidance and resources to immigrants to help them understand the Dutch education system, including school enrollment, higher education opportunities, and vocational training
3. Cultural Activities: We organize cultural events and activities that bring together immigrants and the local community, fostering mutual understanding
4. Volunteering: We organize some small-scale volunteering activities such based teaching language, organizing cultural activities and helping out on integration of immigrants.
