Hitit University (HİTÜ) is a public institution established in 2006 in Çorum, Turkey, aiming to provide high-quality education at undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate levels. HİTÜ's core mission is to produce highly skilled professionals who are sensitive to societal needs, open to innovation, and uphold ethical values. It is actively engaged in fostering social and intellectual development through education, research, and community involvement, especially for young people.

Main Activities include vocational education, research and development projects, and various student-centered social, cultural, and sports activities. The university also focuses on international projects about gender equality, environmental awareness, STEM education, and community inclusion. Target Groups include university students, young people with fewer opportunities, youth workers, and local NGOs. The university aims to contribute to their personal and professional development through a wide range of academic and social projects, preparing them for active societal roles.Our main motivation as an institution is to ensure that both the youth of our country and the youth of Europe become active and engaged citizens, gain a sense of responsibility towards the social, political, and environmental issues of the societies they live in, develop innovative solutions to these problems, and actively participate in social life, thus preparing them for their roles in community.
