Περιγραφή της οργάνωσης

The PCKK Foundation for Education and Development is a non-governmental organization based in Jelenia Góra, Poland. Its mission is to support the personal, educational, and social development of children, youth, and adults, with particular attention to those at risk of exclusion.
The Foundation’s goals include:
stimulating social, educational, cultural, and professional activity among young people and adults;
supporting the protection of children’s rights, social prevention, and the development of active citizenship;
empowering seniors through education and volunteering opportunities;
promoting social inclusion, equal opportunities, and the integration of people with disabilities or migration experience;
raising ecological awareness and encouraging healthy, active lifestyles;
strengthening local and regional development and fostering European integration.

To achieve these aims, the Foundation organizes workshops, trainings, courses, conferences, seminars, study visits, and international exchanges. It runs cultural, educational, and recreational events, supports youth and senior clubs, offers career and psychological counseling, and implements both local and international projects. The Foundation also operates a Seniors’ Competence Center and community centers for children and young people, creating spaces for integration, lifelong learning, and volunteering.
