Opis organizacji

Organizational Profile, Motivation and Experience Seiml-Hof gGmbH is a non-profit educational organization based in rural Bavaria, Germany. Our main goal is to create inclusive, nature-based learning experiences for young people from diverse backgrounds. Through intercultural encounters and solidarity-driven projects, we aim to empower young individuals to grow personally, engage socially, and act sustainably. Our main activities include hosting educational workshops, ecological projects, youth exchanges, and community-based initiatives that connect young people to nature, culture, and society. We particularly focus on inclusion of youth with fewer opportunities, such as those facing economic, educational, or social barriers. With future ESC volunteering teams, we aim to strengthen young people's social responsibility and intercultural understanding by engaging them in meaningful, hands-on activities in the areas of environmental protection, rural development, and community service. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive environment in which every volunteer can learn, contribute, and develop.
