Περιγραφή της οργάνωσης

Stichting Talentis Primary School De Beemden (120 children of 4-12 years old). It has a “taalklas”. It is a multicultural school with immigrants (refugees) from for example Syria and Ukraine. As Dutch is a challenge for those pupils, they have a special language class to learn Dutch and other special education to catch up with the Dutch children. Therefore, extra attention is needed. Also, attention is given to structuring of the thinking steps that children make, and the promotion of a reflective, research-oriented attitude. Challenges are offered to the children, so that they are actively involved in their own learning process and thus also directed towards their own development. Pillars of the school are culture, like music and dance, and sports. Their core values are trust, responsibility, discovery, creativity and cooperation.
