The Croatian Red Cross is a national branch of the Red Cross society which operates for the purpose of promoting and achieving humanitarian goals and programs of general interest. The Croatian Red Cross is a non-profit legal entity in resolving humanitarian issues, organizing health and social programs, preparing people for action in mass disasters and disasters, and in reducing and eliminating the effects of mass disasters and disasters. In Croatia, there are 131 county, city and municipal Red Cross local entities, all of which offer volunteering positions.
