Apply to the Coaching in Solidarity Project training course

This training is all about helping young people successfully run Solidarity Projects within the European Solidarity Corps. We're focused on giving more support to the coaches involved in these projects and making coaching better.
By participating you will have the chance to:
- Understand the coach's role and their important in Solidarity Projects.
- Explore what coaches can bring to these projects.
- Learn the basics of coaching Solidarity projects
- Practice coaching in a safe environment.
- Be part of a community of coaches.
- Explore the concept of solidarity
- Apply new skills in real projects.
How does the training work?
The training is organized by SALTO European Solidarity Corps together with the Slovakian National Agency and will use non-formal learning methods, encouraging everyone to share experiences and practice coaching tools in a supportive group. Trainers will guide with tips and tools, and there will be a space to create action plans to apply what you learn.
Who is this event for?
- Youth workers and staff from organizations supporting Solidarity Projects.
- Volunteers or professionals helping young people.
- Coaches of Solidarity Projects
What’s expected from participants?
- Experience with Solidarity Projects (as participants, youth workers, or volunteer).
- Full participation in the seminar
- Basic English skills to communicate during the trainings
- Willingness to apply coaching in your daily work, but no prior coaching experience is needed
