Apply for Young Leaders Programme EDD 2022!

The Young Leaders Programme at European Development Days (EDD) 2022 will take place in Brussels and online from 21th to 22th June 2022. Are you joining the debate about Global Getaway?

The organising team will select young adults between 21 and 26 years old from across the world who have demonstrated their expertise and leadership on one of the EDD 2022 topics.

They will be invited to Brussels to share their projects and experiences, as well as to engage with delegations from governments and international organisations in search of solutions to the world’s most pressing problems.

The overall theme of EDD 2022 will be ‘Global Gateway: building sustainable partnerships for a connected world’.

Meanwhile the debate will be structured around 5 themes, covering 11 topics in total:

• Digital
• Climate and energy
• Transport
• Health
• Education and research

Applicants will have to show leadership and knowledge in one of the EDD 2022 topics, demonstrate expertise in their chosen field, and explain how they will represent young people at the forum. All details are available on the application form, also available in the french version.
