Have your say on the Digital Fairness Act

The European Union wants all children and teenagers to have positive experiences as young consumers online and invites kids aged 12-17 from across the EU to share their views on how to make it happen.

The EU Children’s Participation Platform has launched an online survey for children and teenagers aged 12 to 17 to share their experiences as consumers using apps, websites, games and social media. Views collected will help shaping the Digital Fairness Act.   

The survey is available in all EU languages and open until 26 April 2026.
