XCELERATE - The 4th European Youth Work Convention Report is out

We announce the publication of the final report of 4th European Youth Work Convention, held in Valletta, Malta, in May 2025, together with the roadmap of the Convention.

The Convention, coordinated by the European Commission in cooperation with the Maltese Erasmus+ National Agency, offered a dynamic space for dialogue, reflection, and collaboration, bringing together the diverse voices of youth workers, policymakers, researchers, and young people from across Europe.

The report is now available for you to read and take into account in your respective contexts, to continue the discussions initiated in Malta, and to support the implementation of its conclusions and recommendations.
