YouthDecide 2040 Open Call: Join a National Workshop!

What should democracy in Europe look like in 2040? More inclusive? More creative? More youth-centered?

If you’re 18-35 years old and living in an EU or candidate country, this is your chance to help reimagine the future of European democracy through creativity, dialogue, and collaboration.  

YouthDecide 2040 is launching an open call for 20 National Workshops in 19 cities across Europe taking place in March/April 2026 – and they’re looking for 700 young people with different backgrounds to join.  

Each workshop brings together around 30 young people for a day of sharing ideas, imagining new possibilities, and exploring new ways to think, deliberate, and act on democracy – No previous experience needed!  

And yes: Your travel and accommodation will be fully covered if you’re selected.
