Create a professional Erasmus. Like students, employees would go on Erasmus exchange in a different company and in another country.
It would be nice if universities helped to fibd job, some brochures or at least some tip where we could find job offers. It should be more of an issue because a.lot of people start enjoying the country after Erasmus so much they would like to stay there for a longer period of time.
Make everything clear from the beginning. Position, salary, work hours etc. Also, give information for possible rents in the foreign country cause looking for a house is not always easy thing to do. What is required in order to apply for a specific job sometimes is too much. If you don't give the chance for someone to get an experience how can he be experienced in the first place. Seminars and training courses are also helpful to gain some experience and then continue to officially work. Last but not least, make a well known site!
Personally I find that nothing else it too difficult in working in other EU countries than the lack of English-speaking positions. Even if you would like to live, work and study the local language in another EU country, it is hard because of the lack of English-speaking jobs. Even in work places that easily could support international working environment due to the nature of the job, often they will still only hire people with good command of the local language. For an adult, the easiest way to learn a language is to live in that country, but first you would need a job for that to be possible. And I am not talking about call center jobs, which are easier to get, but offer no professional challenge. There might not be anything EU can do about this, but personally I don't think anything else makes it hard.
Please Provide some employment chances for those who majored in linguistics ( other european languages ) in other land. I am not European citizen, but I can use more 3 languages but my own language.

Make it compulsory for all EU member states to show salary for each position when placing a job advert. Plus make a website with all EU member states living costs (according to regions) vs.job positions (salaries) vs.needed qualifications. So that everyone can easily see what they can expect in a given country. Then make this website well-known in the public. Based on this, people can make wiser decisions and have more realistic expectations when applying for a job abroad. That would mean less disappointment and fewer conflicts and more positive experiences regarding employees from different countries.
Unified social security number for the whole Europe. ex. While relocating to a new country until getting a suitable job, temporary jobs which are vital for surviving sometimes, are not accessible because employers prefer someone that has already a social security number. (Carte fiscale in France, ΑΦΜ in Greece).
Make erasmus+ accessible to recent graduates. The 2-party agreement(university-company) should not being done only before their graduation, but also after.
Simplify the bureaucracy required from EU citizens to work in other member states. It should be as simple as working in our home country. But first, the EU would have to have some control over tax policy and minimum salary too, because anyone would prefer working in countries where taxes are lower and salaries are higher rather than paying more taxes and geting paid less.
