Mutionu Kindergarten offers a good opportunity for volunteers to help prepare children for school and in cooperation with parents to carry out a good up-bringing and education for children, taking into consideration specific features of each child, interests and principles of family education. The Kindergarrten is catering service for children in the age of 2 to 7 in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. We have 4 groups in the Kindergarten. Volunteer will assist teachers in their daily activities with the children - eating, dressing, playing etc. Volunteer will participate in all activities and can offer his/her ideas to coordinators and teachers to be creative in work. Furthermore, we offer a variety of programs for different age groups to ensure a positive experience and the proper development of each child. Volunteering duration: September 2026 until June 2027 (10 months). Dates are flexible.
Διαμονή, διατροφή και έξοδα μετακίνησης
Volunteer will live in a shared apartment with other volunteers or university dormitory equipped with everything necessary for living, including kitchen and sleeping equipment. Volunteer will be provided with monthly pocket and food money. Transportation costs necessary for work (including travelling to Estonia and back) are covered by coordinating organisation.
Κατάρτιση κατά τη δραστηριότητα
Volunteers will receive work related trainings if it is necessary. All special techniques used with the target group will also be taught to the volunteers if they are interested in learning. Erasmus+ and ESC Agency in Estonia will organize on-arrival and mid-term trainings for volunteers.

Ideal participant is committed to the project, open-minded and good team member. We also value independency and active, positivity, flexibility and willingness to learn. Basic English is necessary.
