We aim at unleashing people’s full potential to contribute to the three pillars of sustainable development: Social Equity (People), Environmental Protection (Planet), and Economic Viability (Prosperity). We develop solutions for socio-economic empowerment toward enabling people to take control of their wellbeing and gain sustainable livelihoods. We pursue a holistic and integrated approach to fulfil our mission combining interconnected four clusters: Education and Capacity Building Arts, Sports, Culture and Humanities Peace-building and conflict transformation Environmental sustainability. The volunteer´s work will include human assistance, working with refugees, peace-building and conflict resolution activities, creating and facilitating workshops and cultural cafes and also taking part in administrative work and also working on the website and social media. ! Apgyvendinimas, maitinimas ir transportas
The volunteers will be living in apartments within walking distance from the office. The apartments are fully furnished and have access to kitchen and bathroom. The local transportation costs of the volunteers necessary for the activities implementation outside of the office will be covered 100% by the organization from the project budget. The volunteer will receive monthly payments for personal expenses.
Mokymas veiklos laikotarpiu
Support and training will be provided by the staff of the organization. Specialists and the staff will help the volunteer to integrate to the work and the activities organized by the project, gain more knowledge of the field and improve competences related to it. The organization will organize a language course in Arabic for particiants.
Dalyvio profilis
We are looking for young, motivated people interested in intercultural dialogue and humanitarian assistance for marginalized people. We also need support in growing our network and visibility of our organization and activities through web channels. This is why very good command of the English language is required and digital skills (social media, video editing, presentations) are strongly desirable. !!
