CENTRU TBEXBIX is a vibrant socio-educational initiative empowering individuals through informal education and creative learning. Activities in English include theatre, music, visual arts, sports, yoga, and workshops promoting healthy lifestyles and nutrition. Participants discover their potential, build confidence, and develop new skills.
Through the European Solidarity Corps program, volunteers engage with children and the elderly, lead artistic workshops, organize excursions, and support community events—offering personal growth, cultural exchange, and social impact.

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
As part of the European Solidarity Corps program, all accommodation, round-trip travel, and utility costs are fully covered. Volunteers stay in a shared apartment and receive a monthly allowance for personal expenses. Comprehensive health insurance is also provided for the entire duration of the project, ensuring a safe and supported volunteering experience.
Training during the activity
At the start of the European Solidarity Corps program, volunteers attend an on-arrival training organized by the National Agency. A mid-term evaluation takes place during the volunteering period, halfway through the project. Upon arrival, Centru Tbexbix also provides internal training. Throughout the project, each volunteer is supported by a dedicated mentor and may choose to enrol in a local language course.
Participant profile
We are looking for motivated volunteers who are creative, proactive, and open-minded. Ideal candidates enjoy sports and artistic activities, are eager to learn, and feel comfortable working in a team. A genuine interest in supporting vulnerable children and/or elderly people, along with empathy, responsibility, and a positive attitude, is highly valued.
