The kids will come from rural areas and some will have Ukrainian refugee backgrounds, so the focus is on making them feel welcome, included, and free to express themselves through creativity and play. Through exciting activities like sports, art, dancing, games, photography, theater, and even cooking, we’ll spark teamwork, curiosity, and joy—offering something for every child to enjoy. Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
You will live together with another volunteers in a hostel or a house, located in the beautiful town of Jelenia Góra. The hostel is fully equipped. Every month we will provide You with the pocket money (6EUR/day) & food allowance. (5EUR/day) in PLN. The town is surrounded by the Jizera Mountains and the Jizera to the west, the Kaczawskie Mountains to the north, the Rudawy Janowickie Mountains to the east and the Karkonosze Mountains to the south. Your workspace will be located in the heart of Jelenia Góra. It’s a lively and popular spot among locals.
Training during the activity
You will learn how to lead fun and engaging activities like art, dancing, sports, theater, photography, and cooking. Fet insights into working with children affected by floods, as well as migrant and refugee kids, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. Practice collaborating with other volunteers to ensure smooth coordination during the event. We are looking for the young people, who can lead workshops for kids by themselves, and preatty much independent, but also can work in a team. PLS send CV for tania.zakharchuk@gmail.com
