Join Us to Renovate, Reconnect, Revive! We’re on the lookout for passionate volunteers who are ready to roll up their sleeves and help us breathe new life into an old building, turning it into a vibrant space for intercultural dialogue, learning, and youth empowerment. After 18 years of inspiring community impact and cross-cultural development, we had to relocate—and now we need YOU to help us make this new place alive! What you’ll be doing: - Hands-On Work: From simple manual work to gardening - every little effort makes a big difference! - Environmental Action: Take part in eco-friendly projects like forest clean-ups to help protect the planet. - Cultural & Social Activities: Cook up delicious intercultural dishes, share your creative energy by creating social media content and organize workshops for kids in nearby villages to inspire the next generation.
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
The volunteers are hosted in shared flats in the same old building which is being restored. Flats are equipped with the necessary facilities. Volunteers share rooms amongst 2 or 3 young people of different cultures. Each volunteer receives money for food, allowing individuals to tailor their meals according to their dietary preferences and tastes. Public transport within the city of Minsk Mazowiecki is completely free. Volunteers are welcome to arrange the outdoor patio for a relaxing area.
Training during the activity
What You’ll Gain: Volunteers will receive hands-on training in simple manual tasks, gardening, and environmental protection, with guidance every step of the way. Our team offers support in intercultural learning, communication, and non-formal education. You’ll also learn about the European Youth Goals and the European Charter on Local Youth Work. Plus, depending on your interests, you may have the chance to gain practical experience in areas like project management or EU programmes.
Participant profile
Who We're Looking For: We’re seeking motivated volunteers ready to put their energy into helping Fundacja EBU restore its vibrant space, starting with the walls and floors. Flexibility and a positive attitude are key as we go through this transition. Skills in social media, video making, or graphic design would be an added value! We welcome individual volunteers or small groups (3-4). Comunicative level of Spanish is a big plus for communication with our lead tutor. Whether you’re interested in hands-on work, making a social impact, or connecting with people from different cultures, this is your chance to leave a lasting mark. Live the experience of building bridges, growing together, and creating something meaningful!
