Half of his time, the volunteer will be involved in a home hosting 15 residents. The other half, they will be involved in a workshop offered by the centre (painting, soap, ironwork, farm, etc.), where they will help the residents to carry out the tasks proposed to them. They will gradually be asked to carry out different tasks at their own pace. The volunteer will help to organise the centre's events throughout the year (carnival, soapbox race, open day, etc.) and trips organised for residents.
