Asociatia Alternativa Eco is looking for another ESC volunteer. Where? Timisoara, Romania The volunteer internship is for 6 months to 12 months and is financed by the European Solidarity Corps program of the European Union. Covers food, accomodation, insurance, travel expenses, pocket money, and local transportation. We will also provide mentoring, language classes, training and activity materials. Non-formal education activities in different schools, kindergartens or youth centers. During the summer the volunteers will be involved in various festivals or regional environmental campaigns. Cazare, hrană și transport
Accommodation will be in a fully equipped house conveniently located near supermarkets, fast-food, and restaurants, with a public bus station right in front. Volunteers will receive 5 euros per day for food and 4 euros per day as pocket money. Additionally, we will provide non-perishable food each month.

- Residence in EU country or the following countries: Iceland, Liechtenstein, North Macedonia, Moldova, Ukraine, Norway, Serbia - Aged between 18 and 30 with A2 proficiency in English - Flexible, tolerant, team work orientated, communicative - Experience as local volunteer - Showing an interest in acquiring expertise in pedagogy, special education, non-formal education, and working with youth - Willing to work in teams or individually with initiative and creativity - Wants to help young people, especially from disadvantaged communities - Ready to fight against exclusion, prejudices and stereotypes - Willingness to engage in digitalization efforts to enhance youth programs and activities
