The Centro Fonti San Lorenzo works everyday for its community encouraging the coexistence and intergenerational exchange among the elderly, adults, teens, and children. Daily the Youth Centre offers, thanks to the work of volunteers and professional educators, a qualified educational service, and proposals related to culture, art, music, critical consumption, environment, and participative democracy. You will be choosing one or more of the following activities - working with children in a dynamic context - Youth Aggregation Center - Taking care of Common Goods (garden, square, the aggregation center); - Proposal and management of training and courses - Communication, organization, and promotion of events - Support the building up of an educational community in the neighborhood - Activities of promotion of solidarity in Europe - Promoting inclusion with sports activities. The educational activities will also communicate with the new space ASK art I social I kitchen our social kitchen
Apgyvendinimas, maitinimas ir transportas
You will live in a flat in Recanati, 1 minute walking from the Centro Culturale Fonti San Lorenzo and 15 from the city center. You will have a twin room in a shared apartment. We will also provide an allowance for shopping and food and pocket money for personal expenses. The travel expenses will be refunded on the basis defined by the European Commission

Pre-departure training for cross-border activities, guaranteed by participating organizations; - Training on arrival, guaranteed by national agency; - Intermediate evaluation guaranteed by national agency; Furthermore, the association provides all the learning support for the everyday activities based on anti-authoritarian and self-managed methodologies, and also Italian classes, besides OLS (online language support) given by the European Commission.

We are looking for 2 volunteers. The ideal volunteer should be a person that feels like to work with children, youngsters, and the elderly, every day. We search for a person that fits in the values of the cultural center like tolerance, interculturality, participation, democracy, and teamwork. The typical profile of the volunteer: - be open-minded with a positive attitude; - flexibility to adapt to possible changes - initiative, creativity, and respect to others and to different ideas; - motivated to work with people; - determined to learn more - communicative
