Description
MEDIART project recognizes the needs of the local community and offers opportunities to young people to express their creativity, be more familiarized with non-formal education and school projects, develop their skills for their future life and labor market by practicing on tools & resources available digitally to support the current needs. MEDIART project, needs volunteers who actively participate, support and bring in their fresh new ideas, organize info campaigns about International Days promoting cultural diversity to the local community of Serres.
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
- We have a first-floor apartment in the center of the city , which consists of three double bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, a very large living room and two balconies. Training during the activity
Trainings: 1) Introduction training on how to organize a campaign/ digital campaign/Promotion campaigns 2) Management of the various social network channels 3) Youthpass and how to reflect on the 8 key competences 4) Workshop on the "Impact Tool" and how to create impact through campaigns 5) Workshop on effective communication and cooperation into the team 6) How to work and organize activities for/with refugees-immigrants 7) Radio station: spots, broadcasts & technical support, sound system control 8) Training in journalism, Ηow to write an article
Participant profile
We are looking for young people who : - Are familiar with social media, (e.g Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok, YouTube) - Want to learn about radio and do broadcasts, spots - Be involved in the organization's various social network channels/activities - Implement indoor and outdoor activities/events that inspire further action - Create interesting content and write articles in project's blog - Organize linguistic lessons in their native language or in other ones that wish
