Imagine becoming a language wizard and spending your days with curious 3–7-year-old children, discovering the world through words, play, and imagination. As a volunteer, you’ll communicate in multiple languages, helping children expand their vocabulary while learning to appreciate what makes each of us unique. You’ll work closely with kindergarten teachers, adding your own spark to daily activities. Whether it’s creative ideas, language skills, or simply your enthusiasm, your contribution truly matters. You won’t just observe the day, you’ll be part of it: playing, supporting everyday routines, and creating a warm, inclusive environment. Your background is a superpower here. You’ll have the chance to present your own traditions, stories, folklore, music, or even cook dishes from your home country. Culture isn’t taught from a book. It’s experienced together. This project is about growth, for the children and for you.
Cazare, hrană și transport
The three volunteers of Pocket Worlds will share a comfortable and well-equipped house in VESZPRÉM. Each volunteer will have their own separate room to ensure privacy and personal space. The house includes all necessary amenities such as heating, hot water, Wi-Fi, gas, and more, providing a convenient and cozy living environment. Volunteers will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their living space. The house features a fully equipped kitchen, allowing volunteers to prepare their own meals. This setup aims to create a harmonious and self-sufficient living arrangement.
Formare pe durata activității
The Hungarian National Agency is hosting two dynamic one-week meetings for international volunteers in the vibrant cities of Visegrád and/or Budapest. Meanwhile, the Európa Ifjúsága Egyesület - Youth of Europe Association is organizing two engaging, multi-day "internal" training sessions where mentors and fellow volunteers (11 young people) come together to enjoy meaningful moments, strengthen bonds, and boost their skills in an exciting and supportive atmosphere.

We believe in the power of youth to bring enthusiasm and fresh perspectives to our little learners. Requirements: Genuine love for working with children (mandatory hugs and high-fives included).
