Be Part of an International European Fair – ESC Volunteering in Poland
STOWARZYSZENIE PROJEKTOW MIEDZYNARODOWYCH INPRO
Rzeszów, Poland
Description
This short-term volunteering project is designed for 16 young people, especially those with little or no previous volunteering, work, or international experience. If you’ve never taken part in a project like this before, this one is for you. Seriously. Don’t be shy, don’t overthink it, just apply 💛 INPRO is looking for motivated volunteers who are curious, open-minded, and excited to share their culture with others. During the program, you will take part in training and team-building activities that will prepare you to deliver 5–6 Global Village events in local schools in Rzeszów. As a volunteer, you will present your country’s traditions, customs, language, food, and everyday life through interactive activities, games, and discussions. These sessions help students discover the diversity of cultures and see the world from a broader perspective, through you. No prior experience needed, just motivation, openness, and the courage to try something new 🌍✨
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
The project arrival day is 18 March, and the departure day is 3 April 2026; these dates are fixed and non-negotiable for all participants. Volunteers will receive 120 EUR for food and pocket money, transferred to their EUR bank account 💳, along with organised breakfasts and lunches, as well as reimbursement of travel costs within two weeks after the project ends ✈️. Accommodation is provided free of charge at the INPRO hostel 🏠, where 3–4 volunteers of the same gender share a room, with access to a common kitchenette and shared bathrooms🚿.
Training during the activity
During the first week, volunteers take part in an intensive training program focused on facilitation skills and delivering interactive youth workshops. You will learn how to work with school groups and confidently lead Global Village sessions. Before applying, please take time to get to know what INPRO does and the city of Rzeszów. We expect applicants to be familiar with our values, activities, and projects. Thoughtful, well-prepared applications truly matter to us.
Participant profile
Applicants must have English at a communicative level. This project is open exclusively to young people with fewer opportunities from the listed countries (learn more about fewer opportunities here: https://bit.ly/3RUuP93). In your application message, in addition to your motivation, please include the sentence: “I am a person with fewer opportunities because…” and briefly explain your situation. Due to the high number of applications, only selected candidates will be invited for an interview. If you advance to the second stage, you will receive access to an extended application form with further instructions. Please complete it within 2 days of receiving the invitation and remember to check your SPAM folder as well 📩 ➡️ @inpro.rzeszow
