Info Jeunes / CRIJ Nouvelle-Aquitaine is a youth information centre that informs young people on all kinds of topics. In its office in the city of Limoges, the ESC volunteer will help the team in its everyday activities, especially on international mobility and youth information actions.
Project activities : Sharing his/her mobility experience with local young people / Informing them about international mobility opportunities / Supporting them in their mobility projects, especially for volunteering / Helping to create communication contents about international mobility (social media, videos…) / Participating in events about youth information in general (health, guidance, professional career, IT…), like workshops, information stands, thematic events… / Suggesting activities about youth information or International topics.

Apgyvendinimas, maitinimas ir transportas
All these costs are covered :
- ACCOMODATION : shared flat with a private room in the city centre of Limoges (with all the necessary equipment)
- TRAVEL COSTS from the place of origin to the venue of the activity, and return (based on the ESC program rules)
- LOCAL TRANSPORT : bus card
- FOOD : min 250€/month
- POCKET MONEY (personal costs) : 8€/day, or 240€/month
- HEALTH INSURANCE : thanks to Henner insurance, paid by the ESC program
Mokymas veiklos laikotarpiu
- On-arrival and Mid-term trainings organized by French National Agency
- The volunteer will be supported by the sending and the host organisations during all the project
- Information about the youth centre and international mobility actions at the arrival and during the project. The volunteer follows the basic training given to any employee working in the youth information regional network.
- Language classes : at least online French lessons (thanks to EU Academy platform, developed by the European Commission)
Dalyvio profilis
The volunteer is someone proactive, spontaneous, open-minded and curious. The volunteer is motivated, interested in the project and above all is able to propose his/her ideas. (S)he should a have a particular interest for Europe, international mobility and youth work. (S)he should be ready to live in a medium-sized city of around 135 000 inhabitants. No special certification, diploma or professional experience is required. Due to the activities developed in this project, basic notions of French would be necessary.
