Descripción
Join this opportunity and experience firsthand, what it is like to help those in need. We are offering a placement at the Evangelical Charity Service's Home for the Disabled and Elderly. You can join a team of dedicated and enthusiastic caregivers and helpers, and have a direct effect on the lives of others. The Home is located in the 2nd district of Budapest, the beautiful capital of Hungary.
Alojamiento, manutención y transporte
Costs of accommodation, food, and travel to and from Hungary are covered by the program. One to three volunteers live in a shared apartment, all having a separate room but sharing a common kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is decently equipped, and it is located in the 18th district of Budapest.
Formación durante la actividad
During your stay, you will be encouraged to learn Hungarian and improve your other language skills. An online language tool will be offered free of charge, and we are usually able to offer in-person classes, too. We organize a welcome, a mid-term, and a closing seminar for our volunteers, and they will also participate in the seminars offered by the Hungarian National Agency. During your volunteering activity, you will be able to grow both personally and professionally.
