CESIE is looking for 1 young people to involve in 12 months long term European Voluntary Service (EVS) through the project YOUTH CROSSROADS. The project aim is to promote active citizenship, social inclusion and solidarity of all young people by involving them with different social background groups. Mobility and volunteering are among the most powerful educational tools for integration, supporting the acquisition of these skills, competences and values important also for entering in any working field. Youth crossroads aim to build up with young volunteers, receiving organisations, reception centres and high schools a positive relation and interaction model, carrying out integration paths among local, with migrant background and new arrived (mainly unaccompanied minors) young people.
Ubytování, stravování, doprava
Volunteers will be hosted in flats in a double room with a volunteer of the same gender, located in city centres; the flat includes a shared kitchen, toilet and bathroom, Wi-Fi. All local organizations that collaborate with CESIE are in the city center. Most of them are maximum 15 minutes by foot from the accommodations. In case of far distances, CESIE will cover the cost of the public local transport. At the beginning of each month, CESIE will provide food money (175 euro per month) and pocket money (120 euro); the volunteers.
Odborná příprava během činnosti
Each volunteer will have a chance to participate in an on-arrival training, at the beginning in CESIE office provided by CESIE and at the national level provided the Italian national agency. Moreover, volunteers will also have the chance to participate in mid-term evaluation at the national level provided by the National Agency. They will also attend 40 hours of online linguistic course and 40 hours of an Italian language course at the Italian language institute. at the end of the project, final evaluation at CESIE.
