Wat houdt de activiteit in?

We are looking for 1 motivated volunteer between 18 and 30 years to spend his/her volunteering activity in the Environmental Department of the City Council of Sant Lluís in Menorca, Spain. Brief description of the tasks: 1. Consciousness-raising in local shops and neighbors. 2. Waste collection. 3. Control and surveillance of the municipal territory. 4. Administrative tasks. 5. Pest and reforestation service.

Regelingen voor accommodatie, eten, en vervoer

You will share a house with other 3 volunteers. The house has 4 single rooms. Sant Lluís Town Hall provides you monthly pocket and food money: 300 eur/month. You will have a montthly ticket for local bus transport and there are some bicicles in the houses for the volunteers. Travel cost (flights): 275eur

Wat leer je?

Language lessons (Spanish and/or Catalan) from October to May. During the summer months, the languages learning is provided by OLS.

Expected profile: - Motivation in working with environmental issues - Training, studies and knowledge of the environment - It is important to have knowledge of Spanish language
