Veiklos aprašymas

TUDANZAS is an artistic-social movement that facilitates the generation of collective artistic initiatives that encourage sustainable social development in Barcelona. We are looking for 15 young volunteers for 20 days of artistic community, to become part of the collective TUDANZAS and engage in one of ours community initiatives: TUDANZAS SOCIAL FESTIVAL. The Festival is aimed at cultural and intergenerational exchange in a neighborhood located in the center of Barcelona, that has a large multicultural and multigenerational community coming from different social status. The TUDANZAS SOCIAL FESTIVAL is an event that unites groups of volunteers, artists, and people in general in spaces of art and collaboration, in order to promote solidarity and access to art and expression.

Apgyvendinimas, maitinimas ir transportas

The volunteer will live in a shared room in a hostel. Vegetarian food, pocket money, is included.

Mokymas veiklos laikotarpiu

Volunteers receive weekly training in cultural management in TUDANZAS methodology. You will learn the dynamics of organization of our social festival, and take part in Dance and Community Art initiatives, as well as in their production and execution.

Dalyvio profilis

Young proactive and creative person (18- 30 years old). Ready to act fast according to the instruction provided. Open to challenge, learn with others, not afraid of making mistakes and not knowing. Communicative, able to listen and to accept differences. Conscious of group working, self work and permaculture. People that are studying or working will not be admitted.
