Woman and Young Entrepreneurship Centre Association is a non-profit organization and founded on March 2008, since 11 years, we are non-political organisation, and working which aims at empowering youth, human rights, woman, entrepreneurship, youth unemployment, democracy, promoting peace and integration among people with different backgrounds, through assisting them in acquiring knowledge about different traditions and cultures, developing their tolerance and acceptance.

Activities: Decentralized cooperation in various sectors: local-regional-national democracy, environment, local economic development, social care, social, educational, cultural activities, with special attention given to women, youth and human rights protection
-Support and assistance to local-regional-national initiatives for fighting domestic violence
-Activities of awareness raising in local-regional-national communities about human rights, equal participation of women in politics with men citizens participation and promotion of European integrations
-Activities of mediation and support to building of active civil society on the local level
-Research, analysis and publication of documents about the conditions of the society and social needs. Our organization is a member of ALDA, European association for local democracy, a European network which gathers more than 150 members, including local authorities, authorities associations, NGOs, and individuals from more than 30 countries. Basic characteristic of ALDA and her members is promotion of good governance and citizen's participation on a local level.

Our main aim is to provide and/or increase the opportunities for students, womans and workers with migration origins or local persons; train teachers, parents and leaders committed to the education and the integration, democracy and inclusion; contribute to nonviolent processes of conflict transformation in Europe by providing competences, skills development.

Our vision is providing non-formal educational based opportunities for not-integrated youngsters, students, workers, womans and to give them a chance to be included, to learn better and to be guided along a career path and social and vocational life.

It cooperates with social and educational sector organizations to promote policy changes and improvements to services. The scope of the association is to provide flexible non-formal education programs in various fields within the framework of lifelong learning. It has oriented its services toward the main guidelines and priorities stressed out by the European Commission. Main focus is given to innovative learning and teaching skills, which will enable students to be active in social-educational and future vocational life.
• To promote dialog with the NGOs not only in Turkey but also from all over the world to develop civil society awareness,
• To Contribute to the development process of the local associations and organizations towards Turkey European Union Membership in the Frame of the European Union legislation,
• To empower women and youth
• To encourage youth and/or women entrepreneurship.
• To support all activities empowering disadvantage groups
• To develop educational activities, materials in this field,
• To organize symposium and conferences, and wide range activities to make information more available to the public.
K-GEM have actively involved in social projects and activities, such as;
• European Education and Training Youth Forum 2014 about the future priorities of the ET2020 strategic frame, synergies with youth policies in 9-10 October 2014.
• Youth Strategies Meeting of European Youth Foundation of the Council of Europe from 4 to 6 February 2013 to Strasbourg.
• In April 2014 Athens Women Go Digitals meeting organized by European Women and Technology Association

We were a partner to the Mobility Project “Development of entrepreneurship at schools”, coordinated by TR Ministry of National Education General Directorate of Girls' Technical and Vocational Education, in 2009.
We contributed to National Monitoring meeting of women empowerment in rural area of Turkish Ministry of Agriculture 11 February 2018.
We contributed to NGO National Strategy Document of EU delegation to Ankara ! . We contributed to 7 UN Cedaw committee periodical Turkey Report elaboration meeting of Social policy Policy and Family Ministry.
K-gem is European Voluntary Service sending and coordinating accredited organisation since 2013.
K-gem is member of ECWT European Centre for Women and Technology.
K-GEM managed a lot of Training Course Projects, Youth Exchanges, EVS, KA2 and KA3 Projects. We couldn’t share Project Number because it is a lot. But if you wanna know that however then it will take time but we can prepare.
