A szervezet leírása

Yunus Emre Enstitüsü Turski Kulturni Centar Sarajevo promotes the Youth In Action program among youngsters, in particular the Youth Exchanges and EVS opportunities. All the informations are usually given by the information desk and in the information meetings organized in the high schools and Universities.
Not only the impact of an EVS project is not limited only to the volunteers, but also spreads the European message to the local community. We believe that the experience of volunteering in different country is able to enrich the person from and individual and a professional point of view.
Yunus Emre Enstitüsü Turski Kulturni Centar Sarajevo in Bosnia and Herzegovina was opened on October 2009, in order to engage in activities in education, culture, art, history and youth field at local and national level.
Our center has been organizing activities over 100 times per year in the education, culture, art, history and youth field to create awareness and get formation of cultural cohesion and consensus culture and to improve the socio-cultural relations between young people and to promote cultural learning process.
We want to take awareness to our activities and gain experience with the European Voluntary Service. Taking part in the European Voluntary Service will be encouraging to enhance their inter-cultural training activities for us and about active citizenship in the region while we get inter-cultural cooperation.
We think that the European Voluntary service is an unique opportunity for young people to make the first abroad experience - far from their friends, family, environment. We think that it helps them to grow up and to improve their social skills that they will need in their future life. It might help some young people to find a goal in their life as well. We would like to grow up, learn and get experienced together with our EVS volunteers. We would like to take the accreditation to be in sending, hosting and coordinating organization.
We believe that when we host any EVS volunteer in Yunus Emre Enstitüsü Turski Kulturni Centar Sarajevo, the volunteer can contribute with his/her knowledge, experience and such a new and international perspective. Sending volunteers to abroad is very important for us because it will be a very good motivation for our volunteers in local level, as well.
